Shares of toll road developers and operators were among top gainers on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this year. Jasa Marga (JSMR), the largest toll road operator, gained 25% year-to-date to become an almost US$4 billion company. Bakrie Toll Road (BTR), which slated to enter stock market in the first quarter of 2012, however, has delayed further the IPO plan.
