Squeezed margins of Delta Dunia
Shares of coal mining contractor PT Delta Dunia Makmur (DOID) Tbk ended substantially lower by 8.3% to Rp550 on Thursday (Dec 19) as some investors responded negatively the company’s financial results for the first nine months of 2024, where it posted net loss of nearly US$14 million against profit of US$21.7 million in the corresponding period last year.
Xanh heats up competition in taxi business
Vietnamese electric taxi operator Xanh SM, through its Indonesia’s unit PT Xanh SM Green and Smart Mobility, has officially launched its electric taxi service in Indonesia. Indonesia is the third Southeast Asian country to welcome Xanh SM, following Vietnam and Laos.
