Shares of tech company GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO) ended lower by 1.42% on Monday (Sep 12) even after it adjusted the ride-hailing tariff following the Transportation Ministry’s decision to raise online driving tariff effective September 11, 2022. GOTO adjusted tariff for all its services–GoCar, GoFood, GoSend, and GoMart, aiming to cover drivers’ operational daily costs.

Nusa Palapa Gemilang v Julong Group

PT Nusa Palapa Gemilang Tbk (NPGF), a national private company engaged in the fertilizer industry, recently filed a lawsuit against several parties at once, including its business partner PT Anugerah Berkat Gemilang (PT ABG). In its lawsuit, NPGF alleges that the defendants have defaulted and have liabilities worth more than Rp20 billion.
