The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) recently read their decision on the case of cartel-like practices in the increase of salt prices. The Commission Assembly, interestingly, decided that there is not enough evidence to prove the allegation. The decision was reached, although there was a dissenting opinion from a member of the assembly.
