In 2017 we reported on the arbitration lawsuit submitted by the Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (BSE: 533047). The Company filed a lawsuit at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) against the Government of Indonesia on the overlapping coal mining concession dispute. The case made headlines after Vice President Jusuf Kalla (JK) mentioned it while talking about regional government and abuse of power. On March 29, 2019, the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) announced that the Government had won the dispute.
