PT Hamson Indonesia—a manufacturer of dredgers, winches, pumps, hydraulics and ship steering systems—filed a tort lawsuit against PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) on a problem concerning the Cikarang Bekasi Laut (CBL) dredging project and inappropriate grace period.
