The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) punished the oil and gas contractor Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML, operates in the Madura Straits) and PT China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL) Indo with fines after both have been found guilty rigging the bid for drilling equipment.
