Within less than a year since the first suspect in the case of alleged corruption related to the tin trading system carried out in the Mining Business License (IUP) area owned by PT Timah Tbk (TINS) was announced by the Attorney General’s Office (AGO), several suspects have been convicted. The case mainly garnered attention thanks to Harvey Moeis and Helena Lim, both were also found guilty towards the end of 2024.
