The Satgas BLBI, now under new leadership, keeps facing new problems. Back in August 2024, a lawsuit was registered to the Central Jakarta District Court against the decision of the Satgas for the confiscation that was carried out nearly a year ago. The plaintiff is Dwijanto Gondokusumo and we all know this is not the first lawsuit Dwijanto filed. This week, we learned that Dwijanto filed yet another lawsuit.
