Recently, PT Patra Logistik, part of Subholding Commercial & Trading of PT Pertamina (Persero), was sued by one of its business partners, PT Putra Patra Utama (PT PPU). PT PPU claimed that Patra Logistik had neglected to fulfill its payment obligations to the company.
