PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) is on the roll, in a bad way. We know that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) are still carrying out investigations and inquisitions into alleged corruption cases involving the company and its officials, but a new problem has emerged. In Southeast Sulawesi, the High Court investigated allegations of corruption related to mining products and initially named three suspects, one of whom is a Manager at a local site of ANTM. Last month, the fourth suspect was named only with initials. This week, we learned that the latest suspect is Ofan Sofwan, former director of PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk (TELE).
