The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) has been examining the alleged conspiracy related to the provision of Air Conditioning Systems (AC) for cars and their component units to car manufacturers since January 2023. The reported parties in this case, Denso Corporation and Sanden Holdings Corporation, applied for a change in behavior or what is known as a consent decree at around the same time. This week, the KPPU decided that the two companies had obeyed the integrity pact.
