On the Problematic BAKTI : Suspects, Moratelindo et al

Last year the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) announced that they are investigating a case of alleged corruption related to BAKTI project, an institution under the Ministry of Communication and Informatics. We know that the institution has had many issues over the past few years, so we’re left with a bit of a wild guess as to which projects the AGO actually vetted. The case, which allegedly caused trillions of State losses, was officially announced in November 2022. This week, the AGO finally named suspects in the case, including the President Director of BAKTI and the President Director of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (MORA). To subscribe please click here
