Nickel producer Vale Indonesia (INCO) has again agreed to collaborate with Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Company to develop a smelter with high pressure acid leaching (HPAL) technology in Sorowako, Luwu Timur Regency, South Sulawesi province.
