Switzerland-based Delfi Chocolate Manufacturing SA sued the Trademark Appeals Commission of the Directorate General of Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights last week. The lawsuit was registered after the Delfi Chacha trademark registration was rejected.
