The National Strategic Project (PSN) of the Tuban Grass Root Refinery (GRR) between Pertamina (Persero) and Rosneft (Russia) is starting to gain traction. The project has entered the finalization of a detailed design or Front End Engineering Design (FEED), which is equivalent to 49% of the oil refinery construction process. The FEED process is estimated to be completed in May 2022. In addition, there is the signing of a Head Of Agreement (HOA) for providing transportation services between PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) and Pertamina Rosneft.To subscribe please click here
