Revisiting Andri Cahyadi of CNKO v Sinar Mas

Last year, the Chief Commissioner of PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia Tbk (CNKO) Andry Cahyadi (or Andri Cahyadi) filed a police report against Indra Widjaja, son of the late Eka Tjipta Widjaja who is also the chief commissioner of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas. Andri also filed reports against other parties. Since then, there has been no significant response from Sinar Mas. CNKO also stated that the situation had nothing to do with the company.
