Last week, the Central Jakarta District Court registered an interesting lawsuit. The tort lawsuit was filed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy or the Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno against a familiar company, PT Grahalintas Properti, a company related to Samin Tan. We later learned that the dispute that led to this lawsuit was also mentioned in the Company’s debt restructuring process five years ago.To subscribe please click here
