Richard Joost (RJ) Lino, the former CEO of state-owned port management company PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (Pelindo II) was found guilty. Nevertheless, the court proceedings raised a lot of questions, especially because the presiding judge provided a dissenting opinion. We also know that the indictment does not have a clear basis regarding state losses.
