This week, Anthropic introduced Claude Tag, a new AI system that operates directly inside Slack. Unlike traditional chatbots, Claude Tag functions more like a digital colleague. Team members can assign it tasks by tagging “@Claude” in a channel, and the system can independently plan, execute, and return results while users move on to other work.
