While the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is completing its investigation into two cases involving the directors of the subsidiary and sub-subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia (TLKM), the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has emerged with another investigation, still related to the parties who are the subjects of the AGO investigation. The KPK only announced the details of the case at the beginning of this year. However, all these legal issues are not enough. Last week, the Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati Jakarta) announced a new case of alleged corruption, which directly involves TLKM. What a mess. To subscribe please click here
