Amidst the Attorney General’s Office’s impressive achievements in uncovering corruption cases, the regional prosecutors’ office does not want to be left behind. This week, the Central Jakarta Prosecutors’ Office (Kejari Jakpus) revealed alleged corruption in the procurement and management of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) carried out by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo). Five suspects have been named, including Semuel Pangerapan, the director general of Informatics Applications who was serving at the time of the incident.
