Amidst the intense demands of business partners to State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to restructure their debts, now it is the turn of PT Wijaya Karya Realty (WIKA Realty), a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA).
