The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) is still continuing to carry out investigations into alleged violations in information technology-based money lending and borrowing services. Since the investigation was carried out starting Oct. 25, 2023 until now, the investigation task force has sent written requests for data and documents to all peer to peer (P2P) lending companies that have permission from the Financial Services Authority and have received responses from 48 P2Ps.To subscribe please click here
