The dispute between PT Media Property Indonesia (PT MPI, a part of Surya Paloh —NasDem, Media Group), and PT China Sonangol Media Investment (PT CSMI) and its holding CS Real Estate Pte Ltd was over a couple of years ago after years of uncertainty. At the end of 2021, PT CSMI changed its name to PT Surya Indonesia Satu Property (PT SISP). But problems still follow the company. Two years after debt restructuring efforts ended in peace, this week several creditors filed a lawsuit seeking to cancel the peace agreement.
