Dian Swastatike Sentosa (DSSA), owned by Sinar Mas Group, has on August 21, 2023 purchased 411 million shares of coal miner Golden Energy Mines (GEMS) from Golden Energy and Resources Limited (GEAR), at price of Rp6500 per share, or Rp2.67 trillion in total.
