Even though it received the support of the majority of factions in the House of Representatives, the promulgation of the Omnibus Bill on Health was also opposed by many parties. There are many reasons behind this opposition, especially because the new Law is considered to make things easier, liberalize the health system, thereby reducing the quality of health workers and the quality of health services.
