The House of Representatives has passed the Bill which amended Law No. 36/2009 on Health to become Law on July 11, 2023. The revised law was drafted and discussed in less than five months using the omnibus method and now combines 11 other laws with a total of 458 articles, this is an unbelievable achievement and a problem which haunts from the start.
