Plantation firm Sampoerna Agro (SGRO), controlled by the family of Putera Sampoerna, reported that its subsidiaries, PT Sungai Menang (SM), and Aquarius Plantations Pte Ltd (AP) have on June 30, 2023 signed agreement to acquire PT Hutan Ketapang Industri (HKI), a company engaged in natural rubber plantation, for Rp1 trillion.To subscribe please click here
