Midi Utama Indonesia (MIDI), operator of Alfamidi stores and Lawsons, owned by businessman Djoko Susanto, executed its rights issue, offering of 4.6 billion new shares, representing 13.79% enlarged capital, priced at Rp270 per unit, to raising total proceeds of Rp1.24 trillion.
