Mining contractor Petrosea (PTRO), through its subsidiary PT Karya Bhumi Lestari (KBL), has completed the acquisition of coal miner PT Kemilau Mulia Sakti (KMS) at value of US$90.56 million, equivalent to Rp1.36 trillion, marked by the signing of the Sale and Purchase Deed on June 23, 2023, by the parties involved in the sale and purchase transaction.To subscribe please click here
