PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) is still having problems. After the debt restructuring efforts submitted by one of the company creditors was somehow resolved, a new lawsuit was registered by a different business partner, PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK), a line of business controlled by Kalla family. The court did not explain what dispute led to this lawsuit, but we know that both parties are involved in the Jakarta-Cikampek Elevated Toll Road construction project which is being investigated by the Attorney General’s Office (AGO).To subscribe please click here
