Mitsui & Co., Ltd has signed a share subscription agreement to acquire an interest in Xurya Pte Ltd., the parent company of Xurya Daya Indonesia, a renewable energy startup that helps provide solar panel installation services last week. The company uses a zero investment method for its customers to switch to solar panels.
