Since businessman Surya Darmadi, owner of Duta Palma Group, returned to Indonesia in the late afternoon on Aug. 15, 2022 and surrender himself after being on the wanted list for nearly three years, the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) continue working to recover State losses and confiscate Surya’s assets. In the past couple of days, assets in Jakarta and two other regions were confiscated. In addition, a new suspect was named on allegation of obstruction of justice.
