Gold producer Merdeka Copper Gold (MDKA) boosted ownership in two entities—PT Andalan Bersama Investama (ABI) and PT Pani Bersama Jaya (PBI). It now controls 50.1% shares in ABI, with acquisition value of Rp1.14 trillion, equivalent to US$80.16 million. ABI is also affiliated to PT Provident Capital Indonesia, the controlling shareholder of MDKA.
