The case of corruption and conspiracy involving Joko Soegiarto Tjandra was uncovered over a year ago. All suspects in three different cases were found guilty. Even so, many questions remain unanswered. Some of the said convicts are still trying to avoid punishment, including Joko Tjandra. This week, the Supreme Court aggravated the sentence for Joko Tjandra in their cassation decision.
