In mid-May 2020, the House of Representatives passed the revised Law on Mineral and Coal Mining (Minerba). The revision was enacted as Law No. 3/2020. Until two weeks ago, the Constitutional Court received three applications for Judicial Review challenging the said Law. Towards the end of last week, the preliminary examinations started.
