The plan to revise and update the provisions in Law No. 4/2009 on Mineral and Coal Mining (UU Minerba) continues. After several intense exchanges, on May 11, 2020, the House of Representatives and the Government reached an agreement. The Bill will be discussed in the plenary session to be held today on May 12, 2020.
