The Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) is on a roll. Entering August 2019, the commission had already decided on dozens of cases. They also began an investigation on dozens of other cases, including important allegations of monopolistic practices in the aviation industry and even allegations of cartel-like practices in the salt industry and the fintech field. Last week, the KPPU announced that they had decided on two cases. One case is related to a case in East Nusa Tenggara, and another is related to a case in North Sumatera.
