In an effort to defend his position, Jakarta governor Anies Baswedan harvested harsh comments from netizens regarding his rhetorical questions about compensation demanded by his predecessor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) from developers of islets in northern shore of Jakarta.
