The Corruption Court of the Central Jakarta District Court convicted the last defendant in the corruption scheme involving officials of the Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla) back in November 2018. The KPK continued the investigation after that and named a new suspects a month after the last trial ended. We notice that the KPK may have changed its target to politicians mentioned in the trials. But not only that, the KPK also keen to target the companies involved in graft suspect and this time, related to this case, the KPK named PT Meriel Esa as the corporate suspect.To subscribe please click here
