SGX-listed Wilton Resources Holdings Pte Ltd (WRH) is set to acquire 78.74% shares in Renuka Coalindo (SQMI), a company engaging in coal trading and shipping. SQMI has in its prospectus declared that it would launch a rights issue to offer 18.83 billion new shares in January 2019.
