For the past week, national newspapers published announcements made by the representatives of one Soemarli (or Soemarli Lie) and one Ng Min Hong (now Minanto Wiyono). The parties had a dispute over the sales of shares of Success Overseas Finance Limited (Success), a Company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, in PT Pancadaya Perkasa.
