PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance, a company indirectly controlled by PT Astra International Tbk, filed a tort lawsuit last week at the Central Jakarta District Court against PT Bank Tabungan Negara Persero Tbk. In the lawsuit, the financing company demanded compensation of over Rp150 billion.
