Last week, dozens of individuals filed a lawsuit against PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), the sister company of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE). The plaintiffs claimed to be owners of land where DUTI had planned to build their next project.
