After years filled with lawsuits, the State-Owned PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines finally entered their period of Suspension of Debts Payment (PKPU). The PKPU is the result of a lawsuit filed by one of the Company’s creditors. The lawsuit was filed at the Commercial Court of the Surabaya District Court. And unlike the other district courts, the Panel of Judges this time agreed that though Merpati Airlines is a State-Owned company, they can still be sued by their creditors.To subscribe please click here
