Shareholders have yesterday appointed Hendi Prio Santoso, former CEO of the troubled oil and gas company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS), as new CEO of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR), the largest cement producer in the country.
