Mitsui Chemicals Agro Inc (MCAG) has recently signed agreement with shareholders of PT Agriculture Consruction (Agricon), a leading agrochemicals company in Indonesia, wherein the Japanese company acquired 30% shares of Agricon’s subsidiary PT Agriculture Construction Indonesia (AGCI).
