The senior advocate (and graft convict) Otto Cornelis (OC) Kaligis filed for a Reconsideration (PK) on his involvement in a bribery. The preliminary hearing was held on February 27, 2017 in the Central Jakarta District Court and Kaligis asked the panel of judges to prevent the prosecutors from attending the trial. On March 6, 2017, the panel of judges decided to decline Kaligis’ request. So the trial shall continue.To subscribe please click here
