Four months have passed since the stock trader Benny Tjokrosaputro filed a lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court against Goldman Sachs International and two other parties. Benny’s shares in PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX) had allegedly been sold by the parties accused without Benny’s consent. In the hearing held on January 24, 2017, Goldman Sachs International filed their answer to the lawsuit and along with it the firm filed a counter-lawsuit.To subscribe please click here
